Dog owners wanting to donate dog hair to the Gulf oil spill cleanup can sign up with the ExcessAccess program, or inform their local groomers about the program.
Those who sign up wait for email alerts as to when and where hair booms and hairmats are being made. Dog hair donations should be clean and free of trash and debris.
